Notes : FMS Start Date: with in 2wks bill Rate $100 Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time):12hr Night, 7p-7a Experience Requirements: 2+yrs Nicu RN, Level III, 44wks gestation micro preemies, High acuity, grower feeder, 24wks and up, some on respiratory support and some surgical License/ Certification Requirements: IL Lic, CPR,NRP Notes: (Client-specific information, equipment information, charting system, trauma level, radius requirements, etc.) If applicable Epic charting Required, Level III High Acuity Nicu Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend Float: Might float to Elmhurst campus if census low Account Manager to Contact: Donna Orcutt @
