Accounts Receivable Collections and Waiver Specialist

We are a growing plumbing company looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to manage accounts receivables, collections and answer the general phone number. This role is critical to keeping our cash flow strong and ensuring jobs are billed and paid in a timely manner.

We are a commercial plumbing company located on the Northwest side of Chicago. This person must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

· Complete G702/G703 forms in compliance with project requirements

· Prepare and submit lien waivers

· Invoice customers accurately for completed work

-Monitor and pursue outstanding payments from delinquent accounts- make collection calls and send follow up emails in a professional and consistent manner

- Resolve billing questions or disputes quickly

- Maintain organized and accurate records of all invoices and communications

- Track outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts

· Track inbound payments and coordinate with project and accounting staff

· Organize and maintain accounts receivable documentation

We are looking for someone is able to type well, has a lot of experience with Outlook, and is very organized. The qualified candidates will have a working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and have exceptional organizational skills. Candidate will be a team player not afraid to tackle project with a can do attitude. Please send resumes for immediate consideration. Construction experience is a plus. Candidate should be comfortable making collection calls and asking for payment. Candidate should be detail oriented, reliable and self motivated.

Bonus if you have:

- Experience with service software such as ServiceTitan or BuildOps

- Experience dealing with contractors or property managers
