Hospitality Support Person

:

As a Hospitality Support Person, you will support the social hub area: Stocking coffee machines, teas creamers, etc. Also keep the area clean and report any facility issues. Some administrative duties like copy/print production and take incoming mail to the right office, scanning documents and receiving packages.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• +1 year of related work experience (hospitality, customer service, etc.).
• Intermediate level with Microsoft Office programs.

Job Type: Full-time (1 shift).

Target pay: $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.

Schedule:

• Shift: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday).

Duties:

• Stocking coffee machines with whole coffee beans and powdered milks.
• Stock social hubs with teas, sugars, creamers, stirs, mugs, utensils, and plates.
• Tidy cleaning throughout social hubs.
• Report facility issues, light out, carpet damage, etc.
• Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections.
• Support with general clerical duties if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
