Laundry & Dishroom Associate
House of Rental is a family-owned company dedicated to providing high-quality event rentals and exceptional service to our customers. As a Laundry & Dishroom Associate (Seasonal), you will play a vital role in ensuring our event inventory—such as linens, dishes, and glassware—is clean, organized, and ready for use. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize table linens and other rental textiles
- Iron and prepare linens to meet company standards
- Inspect items for cleanliness and quality before returning them to inventory
- Assist with washing, sanitizing, and organizing dishes, glassware, and serving pieces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety and cleanliness procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, dishroom, hospitality, or cleaning is helpful but not required
Compensation
$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
