Location: Geneva, IL | Dry Application Plant

Pay: $18.30 $25.15/hr.

Shifts Available:

1. 3rd: 10:00/11:00 PM 6:00/7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production machines
• Perform quality checks and make minor equipment adjustments
• Assist with preventive maintenance and maintain a clean work area
• Keep accurate production records and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

• 1+ year manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for long periods
• Comfortable working in hot environments
• Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills
• Flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed
• Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, respirator)

About the Plant

The Geneva, IL plant has operated since 1960 and employs more than 265 people. As a dry application plant, we manufacture automotive and marine batteries. We are proud to be one of the largest employers in the community and support local organizations such as The Salvation Army.
