A growing elementary school in Des Plaines, IL, seeks a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contract position covering the current school year. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs through evidence-based interventions in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and parents to ensure consistency in behavior plans.
• Support students in developing social, munication, and adaptive skills.
• Maintain pliance with school policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management strategies.
• Effective munication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and document accurately.
