Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account service for assigned small business clients
• Deliver high-quality, efficient solutions tailored to client needs
• Successfully manage monthly renewals and ensure client retention
• Build and expand client relationships through ongoing care and consultative discussions
• Collaborate with sales team to drive referrals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
• Balance inbound calls, tasks, and emails while meeting service goals
• Contribute to business outcomes including client satisfaction, growth, and operating targets
• Foster a culture of performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years client service/insurance experience OR High School/GED with 3+ years client service/insurance experience
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Dependable internet access
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and build rapport over the phone
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• EPIC system experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and productivity tools
• Scheduling flexibility
