1st Shift Machine Operator

First Shift
Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

This position requires you to use simple hand tools in loading and unloading parts from CNC equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Use hand tools such as hammer, torque wrench, drill, plier.
• Single hand hammer operation in some assembly steps.
• Ability to read work instructions.
• Understand basic assembly principles.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Has mechanical aptitude.
• Has a keen eye for details.
• Requires good communication skills and self-discipline.

Education and Training:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Minimum Qualifications:

• No experience necessary-will train the right candidate.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Physical Demands:

• Continually required to stand.
• Occasionally required to walk.
• Frequently required to utilize wrist, hand and finger dexterity.
• Must occasionally lift and /or move more than 50 pounds / frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds / continually lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Environmental Conditions:

• Warehouse setting.

Pay & Benefits:

Rate: In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the hourly payrate for this position is $16.44 - $20.53 USD. This payrate is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
