Required Skills and Experience
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including technical leadership roles.
Strong expertise in React, Node.js, and Java Spring Boot - must be able to code and architect in all three.
Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures.
Deep knowledge of RESTful API design, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services.
Proficiency with modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
