Position Summary
SpaDerma is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and timely hiring across multiple locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, industry job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and aesthetic schools.
Conduct video screens and evaluate candidates for experience, culture fit, communication skills, and schedule availability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies for each location.
Extend employment offers and assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline.
Attend career fairs, networking events, aesthetic school events, and recruiting initiatives to strengthen SpaDerma's talent pipeline.
Promote SpaDerma's employer brand across recruiting platforms and social media.
Collaborate with the Human Resources team on onboarding and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Support additional HR and recruiting projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting hourly customer service, sales, healthcare, aesthetics, or medical professionals preferred.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for medical spas, healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness organizations is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of sourcing strategies for licensed providers and customer-facing sales positions.
Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations.
