PRIDESTAFF is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Shipping Clerk / Office Support for a client located in Romeoville, IL. This will be a HYBRID role between office support and warehouse/floor operations.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE position with a leading global provider of climate control solutions.

3pm-11:30pm M-F

+ OT as needed

$20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Pulling, packing, and sealing orders securely for shipping
• Documentation: Preparing and verifying invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (BOL)
• Inventory Tracking: Recording shipment data, such as weight, charges, and inventory levels, into computer systems
• Logistics Coordination: Scheduling carriers, loading trucks, and tracking outgoing shipments
• Quality Control: Inspecting items for damages or discrepancies against purchase orders

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar roles
• Technology Skills: Proficient with WMS software, SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel), and shipping systems like UPS WorldShip
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform packing tasks
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in labeling, counting, and data entry
• Communication: Ability to work with team members, drivers, and customers
• Previous forklift experience required
