Spa Coordinator @ Allyu Spa
Allyu Spa is currently interviewing for a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator.
Position Overview:Our Front Desk Coordinators play an essential role in shaping the guest experience at Allyu Spa. This position offers the opportunity to become part of a thoughtful, supportive team environment while learning and growing within the spa industry and beyond. We encourage you to learn more about us at Allyu Spa . We value kindness, reliability, communication, and a calm professional environment. We currently have a part-time position available:
- Wednesday: 9:00am–5:00pm.
- Thursday: 1:00pm–8:30pm.
- Saturday: 12:00pm–8:30pm.
Compensation begins at $18/hour, in addition to service and retail spa credit and the benefits listed below.
- Properly open and close the spa according to standard operating procedures.
- Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments.
- Welcome guests and help guide them through their experience with us.
- Maintain and support the spa retail boutique.
- Develop the ability to work confidently and independently when needed.

Qualifications:

- The ability to work cooperatively within a team-centered environment.
- Prior customer service, hospitality, spa, or Meevo scheduling experience is a strong plus.
