We’re expanding our team!
Sway Dance is a social dance studio looking for our next great instructor (or instructor-in-training). No ballroom, Latin, or swing experience? No problem. If you’ve got a solid foundation in dance and a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you the rest!
This is a part-time position with paid training.
What we are looking for:
General dance experience
Big personality, zero ego
Nerdy, silly, humble vibes
Reliable schedule & great communication
Independent learner who takes initiative
A love for fun, connection, and community
Willingness to defend your favorite Star Wars movie in the interview (Yes, this matters!)
Extra hours available for social media, website development, admin duties
