Customer Service Representative
Bertram Solutions is excited to announce job openings for a Customer Service Representative. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer support and are ready to take their career to the next level. We are looking for candidates who are eager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service.
This is a Full-Time position based out of our Quincy office. As a Customer Service Representative at Bertram Solutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for exemplary service.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Record and document interactions with customers for quality assurance purposes.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep personal emotions in check, managing stress and adapting to rapidly changing situations.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Close out or open call records, which could include entering caller information, documenting call details, and any resolutions.
Requirements
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work on-site.
• Candidates must be prepared to undergo training specific to our products and protocols.
• Demonstration of patience and a pleasant speaking tone when dealing with all types of customers.
• Capability to handle pressure during peak hours.
• Must have Drivers License
