Midwest Specialty Mortgage LLC is hiring motivated, people-first Mortgage Loan Originators in Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana.

• Estimated Compensation Range – $120,000 to over $200,000 based on $1M monthly loan volume and above (based on 100bps to 135bps, depending on experience and volume)

Our comprehensive training program includes hands-on mentorship and access to industry-leading resources, ensuring you have the tools to succeed. You’ll learn everything from loan origination to networking strategies tailored to your market

What You’ll Do:

• Guide clients through the mortgage process with care and professionalism
• Build relationships with real estate agents, attorneys, and other local professionals
• Manage your loan pipeline and ensure timely, accurate documentation
• Educate borrowers on loan options and help them choose the best fit
• Prepare detailed loan scenarios and proposals
• Conduct regular follow-up with borrowers and referral partners during the lending process
• Participate in local networking and community outreach
• No experience!! Start as a Loan Origination Assistant and grow into a full MLO role with mentorship, licensing support, and leadership opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• NMLS license (state or federal)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Friendly, team-oriented, and coachable
• Experience is a plus—but not required! We’ll train the right person
