Overview:

The Host/Hostess at Ila’s will be a friendly, hospitality driven team player. Hosts will manage guest seating, reservations, and the overall flow of the dining room ensuring a seamless guest rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and manage the reservation system.
Maintain an organized waitlist and provide accurate wait times.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Communicate effectively with servers and managers about table status.
Answer phone calls regarding reservations and general inquiries.
Be able to multitask in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude
Assist with light cleaning and guest accommodations.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior hosting experience preferred but not required.
Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
