We’re growing our in-house marketing team and looking for a Full-Cycle Social Media Ads Manager who can create, optimize, and scale high-performing ad campaigns across major digital platforms to generate consistent, qualified leads.
Position Summary
This role owns the entire paid-social lifecycle — from creative ideation through launch, optimization, and ROAS tracking.
You’ll have direct access to:
- A full-time marketing analyst for data, reporting, and performance optimization.
- A video content producer to bring your concepts to life.
- An existing content library of proven ads, video assets, and creative templates to iterate quickly.
Your success will be measured by your ability to generate qualified inbound leads at scale and maximize ROAS across multiple social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) .
- Create, edit, and test up to 10 ad variations per day leveraging AI tools and video-editing software.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to identify top-performing creatives, audiences, and messaging.
- Analyze daily performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, lead quality).
- Manage budgets, bids, and conversion tracking with precision.
- Collaborate with analysts and leadership to align ad performance with revenue targets.
- Stay current on trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing with proven ROAS results.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube Studio .
- Strong background in video creative testing, editing, and optimization .
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools (e.g., OpusClip, Runway, Synthesia, etc.) preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and pivot campaigns effectively.
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
