LOYOLA HOME CARE: PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Trinity Health At Home is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our LOYOLA HOME CARE team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care within a patient's home, crafting care plans that promote optimal health, functional independence, and comfort. You'll be part of a supportive health care team, working closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and medical staff to deliver holistic treatment. This position requires travel within the community, exceptional patient handling skills, and a thorough understanding of compliance with state and federal regulations.
