Legal Assistant - Litigation Area
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our Litigation Department in our Champaign, IL office. The ideal candidate will be involved in a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, business and commercial matters, estate disputes, and landlord/tenant issues. Additionally, the candidate will provide support in mediations and arbitrations.
The ideal candidate will have prior litigation experience, a strong understanding of legal terminology, and excellent computer and technology skills. These skills will be utilized to provide a range of legal and administrative support duties to our attorneys, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The ability to handle multiple deadlines and remain organized in a fast-paced environment is essential.
