Transportation Project Manager – Chicago, IL

Join a growing engineering team leading the design and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to oversee multidisciplinary teams while managing projects from planning through construction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transportation engineering projects involving roadways, highways, bridges, airports, and site development.
• Lead engineers, designers, and field staff to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, public agencies, and stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
• Oversee project quality, regulatory compliance, and engineering standards.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on transportation design projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 7+ years of transportation engineering and project management experience.
• Strong background in roadway design, traffic engineering, and transportation infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects.
