Supply Chain Coordinator

LaSalle Network is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator in Oak Brook for a global food manufacturing company where no two days look the same. This role is perfect for recent grads or early-career professionals eager to break into supply chain, operations or customer experience!

As a Supply Chain Coordinator , you’ll sit at the center of it all—partnering with production, logistics and customers to ensure orders move seamlessly from request to delivery. If you thrive on problem-solving, communication and staying organized under pressure, this is your launchpad.

What’s the job?

• Manage and process customer orders using ERP systems like SAP

• Serve as the go-to contact for order updates, timelines and inventory questions

• Partner with supply chain, production and logistics teams to align demand

• Track inventory levels and proactively communicate shortages or delays

• Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues and delivery challenges

• Analyze fulfillment data (OTIF, fill rates) to support service improvements

What’s needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business or related field

• 0–3 years of experience (internships count!)

• Proven experience within Excel and data analysis skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
