We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facilities across multiple JCYS sites. This hands-on role is vital to maintaining high facility standards and ensuring that our centers are safe and welcoming each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Inspections & Openings: Open buildings each morning and conduct safety walkthroughs

• Facility Cleanliness: Maintain organized and clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other shared spaces

• Sanitization: Disinfect high-traffic areas every morning to ensure a safe, healthy environment

• Restroom Maintenance: Refill supplies and keep restrooms clean and fully functional

• Supply Management: Receive, organize, and properly store deliveries and supplies

• Outdoor Upkeep: Sweep walkways, remove litter, and empty outdoor trash bins

• Seasonal Tasks: Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking lots in winter (as needed)

• Minor Repairs: Perform basic maintenance such as changing light bulbs; report larger issues as needed

• Work Area Organization: Keep maintenance and storage areas clean and orderly

Key Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle: Ability to travel between JCYS sites as required

• Education: High school diploma or GED required

• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team

• Dependable & Detail-Oriented: Committed to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
