Real Estate Manager

Overview:
Our Real Estate Managers manage and execute lease, license and colocation transactions both new deals and renewals while fostering business growth. They primarily work through a dedicated process to deliver executed real estate documents in a high-volume environment while maintaining critical performance metrics. You will work independently and as part of a team to reach department goals. You also may work on special projects/assignments such as financial analysis, business cases and market expansions as needed.
Compensation: [Starting / Initial] Base Salary Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000/yr.
Specific offers within the listed pay ranges are determined by a variety of factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage contract negotiations and transactions for an international ISP
Provide advice on transactions
Attend regular meetings and conference calls
Identify opportunities to improve transaction management processes
Work directly with other team members to resolve transaction and landlord issues
Actively manage detailed notes and records for each transaction
Review and prepare lease documents, lease summaries, abstracts, and other materials
Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data in an internal database
Qualifications:
A 4-year college degree
2-5 years of commercial real estate transaction/leasing experience
Knowledge of real estate leases, license agreements and negotiations
Excellent verbal and written communication
An organized and methodical approach to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Ability to work independently and within a team with other departments to build relationships and interact effectively
Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, effectively prioritize, and manage time and workload
Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
Position is 5 days a week in the office
Occasional Travel required
