Senior Litigation Attorney
RFC, an AV-rated transactional and litigation firm based in Chicago, is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney with seven or more years of experience to handle a broad range of litigation matters.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.The position will primarily involve managing complex litigation matters, including securities litigation, insurance coverage disputes, construction litigation, commercial litigation, employment litigation, tort litigation, and transportation-related matters. Candidates should possess strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills, as well as substantial courtroom, deposition, and case management experience.
RFC is a full-service law firm representing clients nationwide across a wide range of litigation and transactional matters.
