Ready to own the setup, the cycle, and the quality?
Do you thrive setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines? Do you read blueprints with confidence and keep tolerances tight? Can you troubleshoot minor hiccups and keep production on pace while documenting inspections and SPC? If you answered yes, we want to hear from you.
You will- Set up and operate CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts
- Read and apply blueprints and job specifications
- Produce high-precision components to exacting tolerances
- Verify dimensions with gauges and measuring instruments
- Maintain consistent quality and hold close tolerances
- Complete inspection paperwork and perform SPC checks
- Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues
- Follow safety guidelines and production standards
- Previous CNC machining experience
- Proficiency in blueprint reading
- Experience with GD&T and close-tolerance work (preferred)
- Swiss CNC experience (plus)

- CNC machine setup & changeover
- Machine setups for production runs
- CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki, Mazak, Makino)
- CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
- CNC Swiss Lathe (Star, Citizen, Tsugami)
- CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma)
- CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
