You’ll also receive production pay, schedule flexibility, true paid time off, and operational support so leadership responsibilities stay focused on medicine and team development.

Your Role as Medical Director

This is a hands-on clinical leadership position guiding a respected, multi-doctor hospital.

You will:

• Lead and uphold medical standards of care

• Mentor and support three Associate DVMs

• Collaborate with the Practice Manager on workflow and hospital initiatives

• Guide case management and treatment approaches

• Foster a positive, accountable team culture

• Maintain an active clinical caseload

You’ll have leadership influence while administrative operations are supported — allowing you to focus on medicine and mentorship.

The incoming Veterinarian will be responsible for overseeing all professional services, implementing veterinary and patient care policies and procedures, licenses, and related matters, and will ultimately serve as “Veterinarian in charge.”
