Job Description
Knows various phases of outpatient and inpatient billing to ensure accurate and timely payments for positive hospital cash flow.
Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.
Qualifications
- Computer experience required
- Two to three years previous healthcare billing/office experience, preferably in a hospital, required
- Good customer services skills required
- Prior healthcare insurance billing is preferred
Grade 14.
