As our HVAC Service Tech, you become the trusted face of Lanz for homeowners: you start your morning in your company vehicle, review your route, and head out to perform residential HVAC and plumbing maintenance with care and precision; you greet customers with a smile, listen to their concerns, explain your findings in plain language, and provide excellent customer service; throughout the day, you follow safety protocols, keep your workspace tidy, document your work clearly, and partner with dispatch to keep your schedule running smoothly-finishing each shift knowing you delivered comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind.

• 18 years or older
• Comfortable working outside
• Safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications: You have technical aptitude, communicate smoothly with customers and dispatch, and you're organized and timely.
