️‍ What You’ll Do

• Lead a two year old classroom with engaging, age-appropriate curriculum
• Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Partner with your teaching team and school leadership

✅ What You Need

• CDA or Associate’s Degree (required)
• 1+ years experience with young children
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Meet Illinois licensing requirements for Lead Teacher
