The Roanoke Restaurant is seeking Barbacks / Food Runners to join our high-energy team! We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in supporting both the bar and service teams.

Qualifications2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Team-focused mindset with clear communication skills
Knowledge of bar operations, beverages, or food service is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Move safely throughout all areas of the restaurant and bar
Lift, carry, and stock bar and service items (up to 50 lbs.)
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
Assist with stocking, ice, glassware, garnishes, and bar prep
Run food quickly and accurately from kitchen to guests
Clear and reset service stations and assist with cleanliness
Work in a loud, crowded, and fast-moving environment
Ability to work in variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors
