Tiger Home Services is a leading provider of HVAC solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and comfort to our customers. We are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we are looking for a dynamic Comfort Advisor to join our sales team.

Position Overview:

The Comfort Advisor will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by meeting with customers to assess their HVAC needs and provide estimates for system replacements. This position involves running leads generated by our technicians, marketed leads from incoming calls, and generating self-sourced leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

The Role: HVAC Comfort Advisor

Pay Range: 100% Commission- Pay Potential: $75,000 - $140,000

Shift: Monday- Friday, Weekend Rotations

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Consultations: Meet with customers in their homes to discuss their HVAC system replacement needs and provide detailed cost estimates.
• Lead Management: Follow up on non-closed appointments ensuring timely and effective communication with potential customers.
• Self-Generated Leads: Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other self-generated lead sources.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct thorough professional sales presentations to educate customers on available products, financing options, and the benefits of choosing Tiger.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
• Closing Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitors to provide customers with the best solutions and advice.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all sales-related paperwork and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and ability to close sales effectively.
• Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professionalism: Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to learn and explain technical information to customers.
