Dance Instructor I (Recital & Early Childhood)

We have an exciting part-time job opportunity as a DANCE INSTRUCTOR I instructing our recital and early childhood dance classes.



WHAT YOU’LL DO : As the Dance Instructor I, you'll instruct, assist, and supervise students in various dance programs along with end of session performances and/or recitals. You will also be tasked with:

• Monitoring safety of program participants.
• Keeping parents informed of program activities using department correspondence.
• Implementing lesson plans that foster participants’ skills, learning and enthusiasm.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Training in dance and 1-3 years of experience.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

WHEN YOU’LL WORK:

• Monday-Friday 4pm-7pm based on class schedule

WHAT YOU’LL GET:
The anticipated starting pay for this position is $16.50 an hour, depending on qualifications. This position fall under Pay Grace C with a pay range of $15.50-$26.50.
