Silliman Group, the design and construction arm of a fast-growing real estate organization, is looking for a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality living experience for our residents by ensuring appliances are repaired quickly, correctly, and efficiently.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping appliances operating at their best.

• Diagnose and repair appliances, with a primary focus on washers and dryers
• Install appliances and connect to existing power and water systems
• Identify and select appropriate parts from inventory for repairs
• Perform repairs to bring appliances back to full working condition
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and service activity
• Partner with your team to deliver fast, flexible, and high-quality service
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
• Support inventory tracking and ordering of necessary parts
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your skillset

🧰 What You Bring

• 3–5 years of appliance repair experience (diagnostics + hands-on repair)
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with washers and dryers
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and courteous approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license + vehicle (required for travel between properties)
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work daily
• Basic tools and knowledge of safe tool usage

💰 What We Offer

• $30/hour + $500 sign-on bonus
