The Bookkeeper is responsible for daily tracking, collecting, monitoring, and maintaining financial records, as well as processing and completing payroll and taxes in a timely manner. Reporting to the Controller with transparency and proper, consistent accounting practices to ensure the success of the Dealership, while maintaining an open environment of communication and assistance to all levels of management

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash tracking worksheet, including cumulative flooring and funding


• Prepare Daily Positive pay downloads


• Perform Daily and Monthly bank reconciliations


• Assist with end of month close with CDK reporting


• Reconcile assigned schedules

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Previous AP/AR and/or Payroll experience highly desired

Compensation
Expected hourly range $26.00 - $30.00
