Restaurant Busser

We are opening an ambitious new neighborhood restaurant in Logan Square built around thoughtful food, genuine hospitality, and a collaborative team culture.

As a Busser, you play an essential role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and teamwork ensure that every table is welcoming, every dining space is immaculate, and every service runs seamlessly.

This is a highly collaborative environment where everyone contributes to the guest experience. Bussers support servers, bartenders, hosts, and the kitchen, helping maintain the pace and flow of service while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

• Set and reset tables to company standards with precision and attention to detail.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables quickly and efficiently throughout service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas.
• Refill water, assist with beverage service, and anticipate guest needs whenever appropriate.
• Support food running and assist with delivering dishes as directed.
• Polish glassware, flatware, and service ware.
• Restock service stations throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work assignments.
• Maintain clean restrooms and public spaces throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with the front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Help create an environment where every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
