Customer Service Rep

We’re looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll do more than just answer questions; you will actively troubleshoot issues, provide clear solutions, and ensure every interaction with our brand is a smooth one. We value candidates who can take ownership of a problem and see it through to the end. You’ll join a collaborative environment where your feedback on customer trends actually helps us improve our overall service and operations.

salary: $24 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Answering inquiries: Handling a mix of phone calls, emails, and chats with a professional, helpful tone.
• Problem-solving: Researching account issues or tracking down information to give customers clear answers.

• Documentation: Keeping our system updated so the rest of the team knows exactly what’s going on with a specific account.

• Feedback: Sharing common customer pain points with management so we can actually fix the root of the problem.

The essential functions of this role include:
