Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO
LaSalle Network is assisting a well-established consulting firm located in the heart of downtown Chicago in their search for a new Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO . The CEO is a distinguished thought leader, driving strategic initiatives and groundbreaking projects.
This is a demanding and dynamic role, requiring a professional who can provide top-tier administrative support and is available 24/7. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities with efficiency and discretion. Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO Responsibilities:- Be on-call to assist the CEO, ensuring seamless communication and support
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's complex schedule, including meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Assist with various high-priority projects, including research, presentations and strategic planning initiatives
- Handle all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls and other communications
- Prepare agendas, briefings, presentations and materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel plans, accommodations and itineraries
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
- Oversee and manage executive office operations
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions proactively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling unexpected changes or challenges
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
