Responsibilities
- Post invoices
- Bill out New, Used, and Wholesale deals
- Type Checks
- Receipt incoming payments
- Maintain Schedules
- Stock in vehicles
- Payoff incoming trades
- Track payments over 10K
- Collecting on Accounts Receivable
- Pay taxes
- File
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must have Dealership accounting experience
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Knowledge of Dealer Track DMS
- Knowledge of any of the following
- L&T
- Billing
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Warranty
- Dispatch
- Cashiering
- Self motivated
- punctually and attendance is vital
