Our agency is newly opened in 2026 and currently has a growing team of four. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, I bring a unique background that also includes time in professional sports, having worked with the Chicago Bears and alongside Walter Payton. That experience helped shape a strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and team-first mentality that carries into our office today. Im a graduate of Marquette University and live in the NW suburbs of Chicago with my family and three children. Family is incredibly important to me, and that value is reflected in how I lead and support our team. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Joe Ferrazza - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
