Warehouse Worker – Immediate Start – 3rd shift 10pm-8am

Locations : Northlake, IL

Pay : $17.50 - $19.50 / hour

Job Type : Full-time

Shift: Sunday-Wednesday Schedule (4-day work week!)

Job Summary

We are hiring full-time Warehouse Workers for an immediate start at our distribution centers in Northlake IL. If you want a fast-paced role with steady hours, reliable pay, and a great team, this is the job for you. You will work across various departments including picking, shipping, receiving, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks and material handling equipment (MHE) to safely move inventory.
• Receiving & Loading: Assist with manual receiving and unloading of trailers.
• Pallet Building: Stack, build, and organize pallets of large items.
• Sorting Line: Work on a rapid, fast-paced production and sorting line.
• Facility Upkeep: Keep work areas clean and compliant with company safety policies.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with shipping, receiving, returns, and inventory replenishment as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous work history in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Equipment Knowledge: Experience with manual or electric pallet jacks or other MHE.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements like bending or squatting.
• Communication: Good reading, writing, and general communication skills.
• Adaptability: Comfort working around moving machinery, loud noises, and varying warehouse temperatures.

This is a Contract position based out of Northlake, IL.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Northlake,IL.
