OverviewThe Product Operations Manager – Drive Client is responsible for the day-to-day operations, reporting, and delivery support behind Gallagher Drive Client. This role serves as the central point of coordination between Analytics Consultants, business stakeholders, Enterprise Data Management, GCOE, and offshore development teams to ensure reliable execution of data ingestion, reporting, dashboard delivery, and product enhancements.

How you'll make an impactProduct Operations & Delivery
- Coordinate operational processes supporting Drive, including data collection, ingestion, reporting, and dashboard delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, offshore developers, GCOE, and Enterprise Data Management teams.
- Monitor delivery timelines, dependencies, and service levels across internal and offshore resources.
Reporting & Analytics
- Oversee delivery and quality of Power BI dashboards and reporting.
- Monitor data quality, ingestion performance, and reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate issue resolution across business, data, and technology teams.
- Support reporting governance and quality assurance processes.
Adoption & Usage Reporting
- Develop and maintain usage and adoption reporting across regions, branches, and offices.
- Track key performance metrics including user adoption, engagement, utilization, and participation.
- Deliver executive reporting and scorecards that provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve platform adoption and business value.
Project & Product Management
- Manage delivery of analytics projects from requirements through release
- Own and prioritize the analytics consulting backlog
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate work across consultants, analysts, and developers
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and capacity in DevOps
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, requirements, and status reporting
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery governance
- Translate stakeholders need to clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Balance competing requests while aligning delivery with highest business value
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Consultant Enablement & Coordination
- Serve as the primary coordination point for analytics consultants
- Reduce operational overhead by managing reporting, tracking, and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure consultants have clear priorities, defined scope, and necessary inputs to execute efficiently
- Balance competing requests while aligning delivery with highest business value

- Reliable and predictable delivery from offshore and cross-functional support teams.
- Faster turnaround ti mes for reporting requests, enhancements, and operational support activities.
- Improved data quality, reporting accuracy, and dashboard reliability.
- Clear visibility into Drive adoption and usage at the regional, area, branch, and office levels.
- Strong alignment and communication across business stakeholders, Digital Consulting leadership, Enterprise Data Management, GCOE, and development teams.
- Scalable operational processes that reduce manual effort and improve overall efficiency.
- Timely implementation of approved product enhancements and reporting improvements.
- Increased stakeholder confidence in Drive data, reporting, and operational performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or delivery coordination
- Experience working in analytics, consulting, data, or technology environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (scrum, sprint planning, backlog management)
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in large, matrixed organizations.
Preferred:
- Experience with Power BI or analytics/dashboard delivery
- Familiarity with DevOps, Planview, or Jira
- Exposure to consulting or client-facing analytics teams
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
- Knowledge of insurance, risk management, or benchmarking analytics environments
- PMP or CAPM Certification
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
