We have an entry level job opportunity for a SMT OPERATOR at our corporate office location in Northbrook, IL. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including 401(k) with company contribution, medical, dental and life insurance, and paid time off.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Job Requirements
· Familiarity with SMT equipment such as pick-and-place machines, paste printers, inspection
machines, reflow ovens.
· Ability to set up and load feeders and stencils and start up/shut down the SMT line machines.
· Monitor machine output for defects, perform visual checks, and inspect PCBs for defects (e.g.,
misalignment, solder defects) to ensure boards meet quality standards.
· Basic knowledge of Windows and computer-operated machinery like loading programs and
monitoring machine data.
· Ideal candidates are motivated to learn, focused on quality, and organized manufacturing
environments.
· Must be able to stand for long periods.
