Looking for reliable, responsible and compassionate HHA or PCA caregivers to assist in providing care to our adult home residents with medical/mental health needs. Full or Part Time. Various shifts (days, afternoons, overnights) and weekdays and/or weekend shifts available. We can work around your schedule. Daily routine for 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm shift Always Respond to Call Light System any staff member may answer call bell to ensure resident is safe, then find proper staff to assist Scope Of Responsibilities: Overall Care of All Residents Which Includes Assisting with Their ADLs, IADLs And Scheduled Housekeeping Duties Also Required Is Documentation of Care, Changes, Observations and Shifts Reports as Well. Scheduled Daily Tasks: Walk Thru Report for Shift Change Assist With Helping Residents' Getting Ready for Day/Bed Assist with ADLs: Includes The Following: Showers Grooming Oral Care/All Personal Hygiene Needed Dress Assist Toileting Schedules Other Needs Required According To Their Plan of Care. Assist with IADLs: Includes The Following: Laundry Tasks (Picking Up, Washing, Drying, Folding and Returning to Residents) Daily Scheduled Bed Changes (Which Includes Dusting, Organizing and Removing Clutter to Help Maintain Safety/Fire Hazzard) Make Up All Other Beds /If Not Already Made by The Resident Empty Trash (All Residents Rooms/Bathrooms) Vacuum Assigned Hall Daily Clean/Mop Bathrooms (Assigned Hall) Includes-Med Cabinets(Quick Check If Personal Items Are Labeled If Needed) Sinks, Showers and Toilets(We Have Cleaning Utensils and Safe Chemicals Products) Remove Raised Seats/Commodes and Clean in Shower Area.
