Major Duties :• Solves complex problems • Takes a new perspective on existing solutions • Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information • Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams • Works within broad guidelines and policies Knowledge :• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines • Applies best practices and how own area integrates with others • Is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus Experience :• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; • May lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
Salary Range:
$114,500 - 194,700 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
