Davis Powers Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead network infrastructure buildouts across multiple retail store locations. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of network installation projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for retail network buildouts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and retail partners to define requirements and ensure alignment.
• Oversee installation of network infrastructure (cabling, hardware, wireless access points, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and retail operational standards.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail store management and technical teams.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and installation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in network infrastructure or retail environments.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Previous experience with technology, network installations, and construction project management required.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls) and retail operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to retail store locations as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with network design, installation logistics, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Autotask, etc.).
• Familiarity with construction project management and technology deployments in retail settings.
