Data Entry Clerk
Staffmax is working with our client to find a highly accurate and dependable Data Entry Clerk . If you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for working with large volumes of data, this is the perfect opportunity.
Location: Chicago, ILKey Responsibilities
- Input data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems with precision
- Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness
- Organize digital files and update records
- Assist in compiling reports and data summaries
- Perform quality checks on work completed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support other administrative functions as required
Requirements
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a data entry or clerical role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High degree of accuracy and reliability
This role is ideal for someone who is methodical and enjoys behind-the-scenes support work. Staffmax will be there to guide you every step of the way with onboarding and job success.
