Administrative Assistant

What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communications.
Assist with organizing projects, maintaining records, and preparing reports to keep everything on track.
Support our team by handling correspondence, booking travel, and managing expenses.
Help coordinate events, workshops, and client meetings with care and attention to detail.
Serve as a friendly point of contact for clients, partners, and team members.
Keep our digital files and systems organized and up to date.
