Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A licensed School Psychologist opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year, offering two contract durations: August 20, 2025, to May 29, 2026, or August 20, 2025, to October 31, 2025 (maternity leave coverage). The position is based in a K-12 school district located in Naperville, IL, with a work schedule from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) problem-solving initiatives.
- Manage Special Education referrals and conduct comprehensive evaluations.
- Serve primarily in an Early Childhood through 2nd-grade building.
- Complete initial evaluations across the district.
- Support problem-solving teams extensively during the 2025-26 school year.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations, particularly early childhood through elementary grades.
- Proficient in conducting special education evaluations and facilitating MTSS frameworks.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively support school teams.
- Ability to manage a caseload with professionalism and confidentiality.
