Compensation & Benefits:

• $18.00 per hour base pay

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming sales leads
• Engage with new and returning customers to recommend the right lawn care services and solutions
• Build customer relationships and follow up to support satisfaction and retention
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain accurate customer notes and records in Real Green software
• Work independently while receiving ongoing coaching and support
• Collaborate with team members to ensure every customer receives exceptional service

Schedule & Travel Requirements:

• Weekend availability required during peak spring, summer, and fall seasons
• Some travel for training and professional development
