rovide general administrative assistance to support for the Region Sales Director, Area Sales Managers, Region Branch Managers, and other employees as needed. M
anage the Kronos time and attendance process to assure accuracy in properly accounting for time worked, vacation, disability and personal time taken by Region Management, Sales Reps, and Technical Service Reps. P
artner with Human Resources to facilitate resolution on employees' questions and needs. A
ssist Hiring Manager's with requesting job postings from the Recruiter. A
ssist with on boarding of new employees who require system access set-up, equipment ordering, company car transfers, create organization announcement, etc. P
rocess employee terminations in the system in a timely manner. C
oordinate Anniversary and Retirement announcements and parties as needed. E
nter requests for new company car replacements for region management and representatives. R
espond to employee questions; refer employees to the proper resource as needed. C
oordinate sales events as required (i.e., gather information, sales history, follow-up). C
oordinate yearly and/or quarterly Region/Sales Management Meetings. C
oordinate hotel/meal accommodations for Region Meetings as needed. C
oordinate travel arrangements for Region Manager and branch personnel to attend meetings and training sessions as needed. M
aintain all office equipment for repair and/or service (i.e., copy machine, postage meter, etc.) utilizing cost effective and quality services as needed. M
anage training center calendar on a quarterly/annual basis and send out on a weekly basis. M
aintain records of all trainings and attendees for 2-5years. M
aintain snacks and drinks at the training center and order catering for the various meetings and trainings. E
nter ICAR accreditation for Painters who have attended certification classes. U
tilize SalesForce.com to obtain information relevant to complete reports and provide support to Region Management D
evelop all Region correspondence per Region Manager's request. A
nswer telephone in a professional manner, answering questions knowledgeably and/or take customer's order. S
ort all incoming/outgoing mail and distribute accordingly daily. In addition, assist with mailing letters to employees. C
ode all invoices with correct number and enter properly in expense payment system, which may include paying branch invoices with Purchasing Card. O
rder office supplies, employee business cards, other products as needed. E
nsure proper housekeeping and safety procedures are implemented and maintained in the Region office. M
aintain 3M Respexam data base of all Region employees and notify them when they are due to take their online exam every 3 years. A
lways adhere to company safety standards. A
